When you have been given the go-ahead to create an account, please follow the steps. Please remember to read all the steps thoroughly, make sure to always come back to this page for the next step as some of the steps take you off this website.
Sign Our Contract
Download Our App "Time To Pet"
Download our app, Time To Pet, so you can see your reservations, chat with your pet sitter and see updates about your pets. Please do not text with your pet sitter, all communication needs to go through the app. For now just download the app and continue to the next step below, do not try to login because you do not have an account yet. The app login information including username and password are the same as the Pet Portal username and password you are about to make in the next steps below.
Create Pet Portal Account
Use the "Create Pet Portal" button below to register your pet portal. Then sign the agreement, add your pets, make your reservation and attach your card for payment.
Update "My Info"
Click “My Info” in the menu bar of the portal and fill in all the details about your contact information, emergency contacts, address and home routine.
Add your "Pets"
Click “Pet” in the menu bar, make each individual pet their own page in the portal with feeding, walk and medication instructions as applicable. Please be extremely specific with your details especially when writing about medications and food. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the pet page for all the wedding specific questions, including addresses and agenda.
Add Payment Method
Click “Invoices” in the menu bar then click the blue button that says “Payment Methods” to add your credit/debit card information. Your reservation is due with 100% payment up front, no refunds.
Make your Reservation + Set Up Your Meet & Greet
You can start to make your reservation from the drop down menu of services, but prices are subject to change based on mileage. Please call the office back at 619-781-7676 so that they can check over your account, manually input the remainder of your reservation + extra gas or drive time and double check availability for your desired Meet & Greet time. Meet & Greets usually take about 20 minutes (they are optional) and you will get to meet your pet sitter for the wedding.
